We usually reply within a few days. The quickest way to write is Send feedback in the game's Settings, which fills in your device and app version for you. Otherwise, it helps to include your device, its iOS or Android version, and the app version shown at the bottom of Settings.

Questions

What is free, and what does the Full Archive include?

Codon Craft is free to start. The opening puzzles are free to play, and one in app purchase, the Full Archive, unlocks the rest of the game, including the rest of the story. It is a one time purchase, not a subscription, and there are no ads. Hints are free.

I bought the Full Archive but it isn't unlocked.

Open Settings in the game and tap "Restore purchase". You can also restore from the Full Archive screen. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy it. If the game says no earlier purchase was found, the device is probably signed in to a different account. If a family organiser needs to approve purchases on your account, the Full Archive unlocks once they approve it.

How do I move my progress to a new device?

On your current device, open Settings, go to "Transfer progress" and tap "Copy save code" or "Share". On the new device, open Settings, paste the code under "Restore from a code" and tap "Restore". This replaces any progress already on the new device. Save codes carry your solved puzzles and machines, but not the Full Archive purchase, so on the new device use "Restore purchase" as well.

How do I start again?

Open Settings and tap "Reset progress", then tap again to confirm. This erases your progress on that device and can't be undone, so copy a save code first if you might want it back. The Full Archive stays unlocked.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Codon Craft plays fully offline. Buying or restoring the Full Archive needs an internet connection.

I'm stuck on a puzzle.

Tap the light bulb at the top of the puzzle for Dr Franklin's notes, which reveal one hint at a time. When a run fails, "Watch this strand" replays the strand that went wrong. You can also test any strand you like on the Bench (the flask button).

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play through your order history. We can't issue refunds directly, but we're glad to help with any problem first.

Where is the web version?

The web version is a demo of the free puzzles. The Full Archive is available in the iPhone and Android apps.
